You've created a paradox: some of the surfaces don't split the solid. The picture shows the inconsistencies that don't separate the solid.

But I do not think it's because of surfaces.

Even if you enlarge the surfaces, and they well intersects the volume, it will not.

This is your file modified to show that some of the surfaces don't cut the solid into two pieces. I suppose there's a case to make that it should be possible to split the solid with two discrete surfaces where they're selected together, but Shark can't do it currently, which is why I replaced some of your originals with ruled surfaces. The two remaining surfaces that I circled in the pic above don't cut the solid into two.
