Antoine, I watched your video a few days ago but now the link or the revised link does not work.
Remembering your instructions I can now skin OK but I think your video showed how to change it to a solid which I have not yet learnt to do.
Any chance you could fix the link?

Hi,

I also was not able to see the video.

However, to in case you did not try this method, use the Thicken tool. Enter into the input field the thickness value you want, before clicking on the surface.

Some surfaces might not form well or at all if you do not allow self-intersections, of if you have compound curvature (say, as in a ship's bow or stern regions where some curvature is inward and some outward). Various settings are available.

Another way to thicken as surface is to use the one-rail sweep (or other rail sweeping tools and options available). For example, if you have the profile of a surface (say, a wall, railroad track, beam with web and flange, and so on), you can sweep that profile along a curve (line, spline, circle, etc.), which need not be straight.

Have you searched YouTube and the Punch site/s for video tutorials?

I'd like to see Antoine's video. It might help me, too.

I believe those links are broken because Jing took down their free support.

We'll have to find another location to post videos.
