I can successfully use the Skin solid tool, but when I scale the grouped wires a bit larger, then I get an error "Wires must be either all closed or all open". Strange, because when I scale the group only a bit larger, there is no problem. Only when I do it even larger, suddenly the group is not closed. See video and attached file.

This is both in ViaCad 8 and 9.
