For the most part I can muddle my way thru getting the solid shapes I want, but I just don't know how to do this.
An example shape would be a pill with recessed lettering on the pill.
Please give me some ideas on how to tackle this.
For informational purposes I am using ViaCad Pro Verison 9.0.9

This post might help with some ideas.
http://forum.punchcad.co...sts&t=8015#post30403 Instead of raised letters, subtract them from the solid.

Now, that's embarrassing. I have used exactly that method to create other raised features before. No reason I can't use it to create recessed features. DOH!
