Hello
I'm constructing an elevator for a plane. I have a 2 rail nurb of the root foil. Now i would like to fit the nurb to a line. This line represents the axis of the rudder.
I have tried to to it with rotation but it never fits.
Can someone please tell me what the best way is to do this. Thanks
Attached you find the drawing. The blue line is the axis the nurb should fit to.

if done a screen cast how i have done it. but as you can see at the end of the video. The intersection of the blue line which should be the axis for the rudder is much to far in front. It should be at the end of the blue line. What have i done wrong?

Finally I think i found the problem. I made a cut section at the point where the axis ends. And the intermediate (green) profile is different than the imported at this point. The rotation angle changed from 0.2 to 0.13 and now it fits. So i think i have a look at the nose 'rail' which does not seem to be correct. It looks like it has a deformation before that point.

Hi Luk
I scaled an imported jpg of the rudder to the scale i need and redraw it. Than imported the profile as dxf and made a 2 rail seep. Thats all.
