If you make a drawer front of 2 stiles and 2 rails with 1 panel. The rails and stiles have a profile and the panel is dadoed into them. Is there a way to size this group of acis solids maintaining the aspect ratio of the rails and stiles.

Ungrouped it, move one of the rails and stiles an arbitrary distance, then use Move Face on the faces selected the same distance to suit. You can do the same to match the faces of the other rail and stile, or mirror the modified parts, then move the faces of the panel to fit the dado. Using Windows here, press and hold the shift button before you pick the faces, or you'll only pick up one and they've got to be moved together or you'll get an error message and refusal.

If you mean a single action resizing that keeps the material profiles unchanged, it can't be done as a direct-edit operation. It might be possible if the components are created using rail sweeps arranged so that the profiles are arranged to be moved as a group.
