How do I fill holes in a solid or offset them?

I am new to 3D modeling and ViaCad. I have a solid panel that I created a couple of holes in that turned out to be in the wrong place and now I need to move them. Could someone tell me how to fill them so that I can start over or be able to move them to their new correct position?

The Remove Face in the Local operations tools can do this. Likewise the Move Face will tranalste the faces to a new location. Tim
