object info missing - part does not rotate with the rest

This part is a cylinder with a hole in the center. I can highlight the part, but the info lists only the hole. Can't find any info on the cylinder.

All parts in this assembly are on the same layer, all other attributes also common. I found the problem when I tried to rotate the assembly. All parts rotated except this cylinder. I tried grouping, no help. Why doesn't the info for the cylinder show up when I highlight the part?
