Still can't log into the forum

I have tried numerous times to log in using the generated pass "Answer" in the log in form. I get the message "Can't verify password" I seem to be able to see all the forum topics, but would like to be able to log in as before the upgrade on the forum site. Thanks

I had the same problem but it was resolved by requesting a new password. I find though it will not remember me despite checking the "remember me " button and I have to log in each time.

It seems you have fallen into the same trap. You might have to email the moderator to send it to your new email address. It might be on an old email address. The funny thing is that the Notice says enter "Answer". I put that as the security answer once but that to me is not good grammar and doesn't work by entering Answer. It should say enter the "Generated Answer" that is emailed.

I haven't changed my email address for several years. I should be able to log on with the email I have always used. I tried to re-register, but it said I was already registered. Have tried all the obvious obtions and haven't had any luck. Answer wouldn't work for me as the security answer either.

I also can not get a new password. Please fix this problem for those of us that have accounts already.

You should have been sent an email by Encore with your new password. If you cannot find the email, hit the "Lost Password" button on top of the forum. For the security question, type "Answer". Tim

Thanks, Tim. I was able to log in with the reset password and set up a new password that works. I appreciate your help and look forward to the Powerpack coming out for converting mesh to solids in ViaCAD Pro. Have a great day.

I can't login to the new forum, either. I've tried the Lost Password feature multiple times without success. It's actually a bit confusing about what it wants you to do to get a new password. Are you supposed to type in "Answer" in the security answer field? I've done that multiple times. It doesn't work!!?? I've also emailed Tim twice, now. No reply. Tim, can you please check your email for messages regarding this issue? Can someone on the forum ask Tim to check his email regarding this issue? I'd prefer to keep my old user ID if possible.

That notice on top of the webpage above should be corrected. Still says enter Answer. A n s w e r ... LOL.

I have requested a new password numerous times, but the password retrieval system never sends me anything. How do I re-register and keep my user ID ?
