I often get questions about STL resolution and settings to make parts using 3DPrinterX. I have had success printing STL files output from SharkFX several times. It would be good to be able to approximate a parts surface quality before printing it. An example is when I define the layer thickness as .025mm, which is quite smooth, versus layers at .1mm, which can be a little "steppy", lightly faceted. It is not apparent what a printed out surface will look like when staring at the "spaghetti" representation of a polygon surface before creating a STL file. SO, a better print preview in a shaded mode would be helpful, kinda like print preview with traditional ink/laser printing onto paper. Thanks!

Yes Tem, previsualisation should be better.
With high number of facets, it doesn't display.
I usually set to 0.001mm deviation to do high resolution sla's...
