Rank: Senior Member Joined: 2/2/2007(UTC) Posts: 245		This usually means you are trying to create a shell with a wall thickness which is too thick for the component. For example if you have a pipe with OD of 10mm and try to shell with wall thickness of 6mm. All the best Nick
