I was never given the option when I ordered off the internet- because I live in England and not the USA. It seems that it's only American customers who are allowed printed manuals (type in viacad into amazon uk and it comes up with "sorry this product does not exist".- Not so in the USA though). Why? I really can't stand reading off a computer screen or trying to work out how to do both sides of an A4 piece of paper and then having to comb bind 300+ pages at a count of 6 at a time!! Rant over. Punch people, where can I order a proper printed manual for ViaCAD??(in English?) I look forward to hearing from you! Tom
