I have been lurking - we use ViaCAD in a slightly different setting - which I won't go into so much at the moment.

What I do want to let you know, is that we have a Zprinter 650 sitting here and we would like to put it to more use than we are... It's full color and we do all our own in house post process.

If you are looking for Rapid Prototyping, we would like to take a look at it, maybe we can help each other out.

The tech we have is full color powder print, it can be finished with CA or Epoxy depending on how strong you need it.
