Any ideas how I can repair .vcp file association in Win 7? I've of course gone through the usual routes of changing default programs as well as the right click/open with dialog to reset to Viacad but any time I choose the Viacad.exe the choice is ignored and I'm left with no other option. I even pulled the registry entry out of the registry, edited it for Viacad, and reimported it and that too failed. I'm out of ideas here.

Edit: this is the only file association I'm aware of that has changed.

Reinstalling, and subsequently re-associating, fixed it, for whatever reason. Let's hope it sticks.
