Hi,

I just got a new PC and have installed ViaCad V7 on it. When I open the app it asks me to fill out the registration box...I do and submit it. I am then given my registration code, paste it in and continue to running the app.

The next time I open ViaCad it asks me to go through the same registration procedure telling me I have a wrong serial/code. I do it again and get the code....same thing happens every time I want to use the app. The registration does not hold. I am running Windows 7 professional version.

Please help.

I've had exactly the same problem. Purchased a boxed version of the program and after registration have to enter the authorization code each time I open the program. A royal pain in the neck. Anyone have a solution?

Do you have admin rights on the win 7?

The folder C:\ProgramData\Punch!\ViaCAD
has a ini file that writes you auth code.
