Another untested option is:
Permanently uninstall Microsoft Edge – Guide on GIGA

After launching SharkCAD 15, six instances of msedgewebview2.exe are automatically started. Each of these processes is launched with extremely long command lines. Interestingly, they can be manually terminated after startup—SharkCAD continues to function normally and does not attempt to restart the processes. Question: How can these processes be permanently disabled? I will attempt once again to completely remove Microsoft Edge from my system. However, this might fail, as Edge is deeply integrated into the operating system.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=P-55pV6ss3k& I don't believe that locally run, scaled-down large language models can create good CAD models. They fail at the simplest tasks. ChatGPT without analysis tools is unusable, and the newer models from OpenAI like o3mini high require a lot of energy, and I don't think they can be run locally.

Did you create this wing with ViaCAD? This solid may have too many overlaps.

In the file Abdeckungen Küche Abzug.dxf, there is a problematic design element: 'Rounded Rectangle'. This is problematic for laser cutting and is exported as a polyline into the DXF file. I have converted it into lines and arcs for you. This works in ViaCAD via File > Change Object Type > Curves. Instead of creating curves, it converts them into lines and arcs. If you simply open the DXF using the Open function in ViaCAD, it will be imported incorrectly. This seems to be a bug in version 15. Therefore, always use the Import function with the correctly set unit to check it.

So, I opened your file in millimeters (you need to have another file in mm open first to prevent the program from switching the units to imperial). Then, I scaled it down to the correct size. It should now work for laser cutting. And I exported the other file correctly.

When I open your file Laserplatten Marmorieren.vc3, the units sometimes switch to imperial. This is a really bad bug, and I think I now have the same problem. However, I don't have this issue with new files that were created in millimeters.

Ich habe dei DXF mal richtig exportiert. Im Export Import Dialog kann man die Einheit auswählen. Lol, I opened it in TurboCAD, and it was 25.4 times bigger. I need to do more testing myself. When I open it in SharkCAD 15 using the Open function, it also appears 25.4 times bigger, but when I import it using the Import function, it has the correct size.

Abdeckungen Küche Abzug hat die richtige Größe wenn ich es öffne.
