Is Shark FX the only Punch product where an articulated human model is possible, letting you define constraints/links between parts so that when you e.g. move the hand of the model, the arm follows bending at the joints?

Constraints are only in FX, but they're 2D-only, which doesn't really enable IK-style configuration.

Yes, it is possible. You have to set the timing to start at the same time.

Not that I am aware of. I actually learned by trial-and-error trying to figure things out. I think your first step is to read what's in the user's guide. One of my first projects was to roll a bowling bowl and knock all the pins except one. They all had to go in different random directions.
