Who's using my files???

.... but I'm the only user on this Mac (OS X Snow Leopard and Shark LT8)

Strange error pops up now every time I save a file (see attached). Then occasionally I 'don't have permission" to open the file (see attached).

I've repaired permissions in Disk Utility, and in 'Get Info' window 'Sharing and Permissions' opened up sharing....

Any ideas?

Thanks

It might be osx related. Have you recently upgraded your osx?

I wouldn't mind trying to open it and saving it to a lowered version

Hello Rocky,

Attached is a file with both problems, won't open (no permissions) and closes with the ghostly statement....

Well, because I don't have permission, can't upload the file. Changed its file type to .txt, put it in a folder and zipped, still can't upload it (160K file).

I'm going to try reinstalling SharkLT8. Anyone reading this thread know where custom tool palettes are stored, don't want to keep recreating them...

Thanks
