I've suddenly developed a rash of instability on this program. Tim sent me a .exe file to run but it reads as incompatible with my OS. He was back and forth with me the other day via Email (THANKS Tim) but I have no resolution and a deadline. Is this common ? Is there a standard solution? TIA

I'm not sure on this one. You may want to give Tech support a call. (Tech Support) 800-856-9601 Tim

Thanks again. I guess that's where I'm headed. BTW, is there any yearly licensing I missed or renewals/updates? I really appreciate your efforts Tim.

>>I'll explore the option. Quite a few people have downloaded and tested the v8 installer. If that does not work, I'm wondering if something is unusual with your system configuration. Tim

That is a possibility Tim.
I'm looking into that as well. To the best of my knowledge my tech is static and stable. The only software being quirky is ViaCAD as far as I can tell.
Going to have to get back to base for download. The public wifi in my current location is SLOW and I'm now looking at over 24 hours for download.
Steady on and all that.
Thanks again Tim.

15 minutes for download. Much better than 24 hours.

Ok. So the v8 beta runs without AV errors and I am able to open drawings generated in v7. Thank you for that Tim. Now I am curious. A) Why did my v7 become unstable. B) How long will this v8 beta remain viable? C) Is it now my ViaCAD 2D/3D instead of the program I purchased originally? TIA Michael
