Zumer,
I tried it today. It imported the parasolid okay. But when it exported the Acis SAT it converted everything to surfaces. Not a good situation.
Do you know if there is a way to keep everything as solids?

No, but I'm a brute force, straight-line-between-two-points kinda guy, and sight unseen, I'd try using ACIS' tolerance in Shark and stitching the surfaces back together. The cadexchanger admin people are soliciting problem scenarios to improve the app, too, so it's worthwhile asking them, too. You could try exporting them as STEP, as Tim suggests elsewhere. murray

That would mean going into work on a Saturday, and spending all day importing all the parasolids back into NX, and then out as STEP. :(
I do have one other option I can try. I can try a parasolid import into Alibre, and then a SAT export out of Alibre. I'll let you know what happens.

I meant using the CAD exchanger to go from Parasolid to STEP. Shark works with STEP imports pretty much the same as designated .sat solids in my experience.

Ah, now I understand. I'll give that a try!
