Can someone help me out?
I'd like to set the default color of lines to blue, and the default color of solids to gray.
Turns out when I use the inspector to set the default color of lines to blue, when I extrude a solid, the solid is blue too.
Is there a way to specify a separate color for each?
Mike...
P.S. And while you are at it, maybe someone can tell me what the preferences ---> color ---> foreground controls...

It would be nice if there were a way to tell newly-created solids to receive the same color as their parent/source, regardless of which layers are in use. I find that i now am in the habit of pre-selecting the color before making a solid from a surface, but it is added work to click on the pallet to first find the color.
