Is there a way to create a shortcut to toggle between open windows?

Going to the Windows menu on top is so slow. Perhaps there is a quick way of doing it already available...?

Ctrl and tab in Windows. It also zooms extents, you don't revert to the zoom scale you left.

Personally, I really dislike the "zoom to extents" result of doing alt-tab. Creating a new window and then alt-tabbing back to the prior window has the same result. It is very disruptive.

Alt-tab with zoom-to-extents also causes selection of a layer (highlighted, not one that is checked as active) to go back to the Construction layer.
