To type in the login information all the time is pretty annoying. I understand there are forum spammers around but do all of us really have to suffer because of some idiots ? I really prefer the way it was handled before. And even if we have to see a viagra ads sometime I think this is acceptable instead of typing the login all the time.

Please consider changing the rules

to avoid this, just tick the 'Remember Me' checkmark during login...

a forum w/o registration would lead to permanent posts of annoying ads... better not.

It's not just viagra. I temporarily removed login in the old forum the other day, and the forum was swamped with obscene links.

If you are on a PC, the "Remember Me" should work. I'm not sure why Safari is having trouble. I think it has to do with clearing all cookies when you log out, still researching...

For this forum I've given up on Safari. Until it's fixed I'm sticking with Camino, which is working well.

have entered it into the report bug thing in the Safari menu

perhaps a couple other people could do the same - and I'm sure someone will take a look

I've already sent a bug report to Apple, too.

Firefox works, Safari doesn't.
