How do you change the default line type ?

At every drawing I open or make the default line type is center....
and I like that my default line is "solid"

I find it very annoying that for every line I draw I had to change that.
A second source of annoying is that Bl* button apply. I find it obvious if I change some thing in the inspector setting that the system can detect that I have changed something. It works also in High design and in a lot of other programs.
