Copying a Item while working on another Layer destroy the layer attribute of the copy.

When working on construction layer and Mirroring a object and press ctrl to copy the item, the layer of the item will be broken and just changed to construction layer. The same when just using copy and paste. And the same when using copy and paste of the whole geometry. Copy and paste should keep all attributes of the items.

Solution found: Edit> Paste Options> Preserve Layers
