The 3Dpdf export is quite poor right now. The main disadvantage is the model is exported as a one solid. I cannot select a single part and make a transparency of this. Have a look at the SolidWorks and IronCad 3dPdf export capabilities. All parts of a model can be selected separately it's a great feature which should be transferred into Shark FX v10 without hesitation!

BTW:
White background instead of black would be better.
