How does one automatically replace or substitute text when creating a model to sheet from a solid?

I have created my own template and one of the text elements is "<Company>". This is automatically replaced by my company name when I use this template to create a Model to Sheet drawing. I would like to have other text elements work in a similar fashion. For example, I could put my customer name in the attributes of the file and have this automatically show on the drawing when created. Or else have the part name show on the drawing.
