My text has changed to low resolution

Suddenly whilst adding dimensions to a drawing produced by model to sheet and then flattened my text has gone low res. The text appears like it was typed on a manual typewriter! I have had this happen before and resolved it by going reverting to a back up copy and then all is OK again. This time I did not notice it early enough and all my back ups have the same problem. The drawing prints out OK with normal clear text and new drawings are OK too. Have I mistakenly clicked something that gives this low res? I can't see a way to resolve it. ViaCad v8

Can you post a screenshot ? Did you try changing the text font? Regards Jason

Here is a screen shot showing the problem
Another thing that happened when this occurred was the program was running really slow.
I had not changed the font when this happened.
UPDATE
After the original post I started another drawing by making a model to sheet of another part from the same model.
I then imported the drawing with the problem into it as i wanted this on the same sheet.
The problem has gone! Text is clear again. Program running normal speed.
What's going on?
