Hello,

I have been running ViaCAD Pro v8 on my Windows Vista OS for a couple of months now and until this week it has run fine. Now it takes approximately 40 minute to start up. After I exit, I have to go to task manager and end the process manually. Also, it is not saving my preferences.

I uninstalled the program, and reinstalled, but nothing changed.

Is there an e-mail for tech support?

Please let me know what I can do to fix these issues.

if launching VC lasts 40 mins. there's something totally broken with your system. For evaluation purposes you may try to disable/uninstall your security suite or launch Windows to 'safe mode' by hitting F8 during system startup.

Funny thing though, I uninstalled Pro v8 and re-installed Pro v7 and it works fine.
