I've been using the Concepts family of modelers for about a month now and continue to be pleasantly surprised at how robust some of the tools are.
It's been a very pleasant learning experience as my only previous ACIS experience has been Electric Images's modeler, EIM, which I really like but modeling there can be an excercise in walking on egg shells.
I like the way this shape turned out (I'm both a fine artist and 3D illustrator so I get to call some of these shapes 'abstract art':-) and using the twist tool was able to create an object where every angle produced some interesting visual content. It was hard to choose just one angle to render ....so I rendered a few. Rendered in Electric Image....great renderer - very organic in look. Handles huge amounts of polys and can render billboard size if needed.
Also a bunch of 3d doodles while learning and trying different things in ViaCAD/CU....and more twisty things.

This was a bevel test that I was trying. This program will bevel just about anything and it does it fast.

That's great! Yes, I still am in shock at times as to how robust the bevel toolset actually is. I have managed to find edges at times where no fillet was possible but they are very, very few. Cool material!...where did you get it?......just kidding:-)

There's that reflection map again! The beveling ability in Concepts is so strong, I'm almost to the point of taking it for granted.
