Hi,
See ViaCAD/Shark has a pretty generic UI which runs on Windows and OSX. And OSX is a unix.

so, is there any Linux version of the products planned?

There are currently no plans for ViaCAD or Shark to support Linux. Although we use a Linux box to manage all our source code:)
