Newbee here---
I have ViaCad 2D/3D
In startup I hit "play goblet tutorial video" & I get "could not open the video file" also in help under tutorials I get the same thing. I am on-line while trying this and I have tried it with the CD in.
Thanks for any help,
Jim

Hi Jim

What system are you on? Mac /PC
What web browser is your default.
Do the videos try to open in your web browser then display the error message?

I still get "could not find file" error
BUT if I go into MY computer, Prog.files, Punch Soft., ViaCad3Dv7, Videos, Then I open a tutorial folder and double clicked on a tut file (type MP4 Video)
It loaded Windows media player and I was on my way. But I have to go this route on each tutorial. Can't simply go through the Help
