I do not have that as an option with ACIS. Elliptical blends are defined by major/minor radius. Closest would be a Thumbweight.

Thumbweight looks like it might be even more powerful than RHO as it lets you adjust curvature at the start and end of the curve. Setting both values to be the same would I assume approximate RHO. So thats a yes please for me.
