They mean nothing to me when the tools present dont work, or, there are not enough options to make them work.

I have tried to show problems with various tools in an attempt to get them fixed, but it usually ends with Tim ignoring the thread and others (probably Tims fan club) jumping in stating there is not a problem and how wonderful Tim is.
