Rank: Senior Member Joined: 2/16/2007(UTC) Posts: 144		For the past few days, each time I launch Shark Fx v7 I get asked to authorize my copy. I do so, and today I can't authorize it due to too many authorizations. I emailed tech support and I'm awaiting their answer, but need this resolved ASAP.

Rank: Senior Member Joined: 2/16/2007(UTC) Posts: 144		Contacted Tech Support. The issue is the latest security upgrade to OSX broke the authorization process -- I'm getting more codes, but the real fix seems to be upgrade to the latest version.

Rank: Senior Member Joined: 1/14/2014(UTC) Posts: 120 Thanks: 2 times Was thanked: 25 time(s) in 23 post(s)		the software seems to use some sort of "fingerprint" to verify the reg string to the auth code. if the fingerprint is blocked in any way then i think the software balks and creates issues like this. i had upgraded my PC ram from 4 to 8GB, after that VC9Pro said i had an invalid fingerprint, this support had to send me a new auth code.
