While working on a project in ViaCAD Pro 8 I seem to have done something* that has moved the viewing plane in the Front, Back, Left, Top, Trimetric and Isometric views, which all now only allow me to view a section of my model.

In the Isometric and Trimetric views a non-sectional view can be achieved by changing the eye/ref pt (through the view properties dialogue). However, the change does not stick, so has to be repeated every time I re-enter these views, seriously slowing the modelling process.

I am pretty new to ViaCAD, so I am hoping there is a simple solution to this that I just don't know about yet.

I just want my original ViaCad Pro experience back :(! Extremely grateful for any assistance. Yours kindly, Bea

Notes so far:
- I have the same issue when viewing my other *.vcp files, so it seems like an application wide setting has changed, rather than something specific to the project i was working on when it arose.
- Uninstalling and re-installing ViaCAD did not resolve the issue, which still effects viewing of any of my *.vcp files.
- Zooming out just gives me a smaller sectional view.
- I guess a workaround may be to move all my models away from where the view plane now seems to be, but (apart from interfering with the way I am modeling, which involves a fair amount of copying and pasting between various models I know to be aligned) I would rather have things back to the way they were view wise.
- I have also become aware of the user view functionality, which I guess could also workaround this, but, again, I would rather have things back to the way they were, than be creating a load of replacements for the default views.

* I had just added, fiddled with and deleted my first camera, without much idea what I was doing, when the issue struck.
