I am not sure, but it seems some spiffing up was doing. My files seem to save faster, and ruled skin surfacing seems to be creating faster. Interestingly, a model with many layers and ~9mb of curves only grew to ~10.2 mb after adding some small surfaces and some 10 solids that i could SWEAR were more than 3MB each. So far, my model is about 13MB where before i thought it would be some 40MB. I have to add skinning that so far seems (6 surfaces at 7' fore to aft length, 1 at 5' and 1 at 6', all arount 50' in linear height along a curve (think ship body form)), and saved by itself that set of 8 surfaces is about 2.3 MB. I will have some 28 to 30 of these just on the hull.
