I am trying the demo of Shark FX V8 (it is build 997). I cannot import any version of a Sketchup model - although the blurb says I should be able to do so.

Is this a limitation of the demo version or a bug?

I am using a Mac Pro with Lion.

PS. I can't import Rhino files either.

The situation is the same in the Windows version running under Parallels on the Mac
