Align in Model to Sheet (#1477)

There seems to be something broken about the Align command in sheet views. I have a simple model, a rectangular slab with a hole through. I generate Section AA from the top view then stretch frame region using the mouse. This often, but not always, moves the view. Now comes the frustratingly weird part. There is just seems to be no way to re-align my section without moving the parent view! However, if I adjust the dimensions of the frame regions (for the align and the align target views) making them identical in the appropriate direction. I have to do this manually in the Draw View Properties dialog. Then magically Align works. This is something to do with the fact that the frame region auto re-sizes until I do the manual change. Thereafter Align no longer re-sizes the region! and hay it seems to work now.:) Perhaps the auto re-size is a ahem.. bug (feature:rolleyes:)
