I need help repairing a part I'm designing for a client. Before I go and buy the $300.00 Powerpack, I thought I would try this forum and see if anyone can repair it for me. It's a HO scale Bucyrus Crane Jib and it's festooned with rivets and goes off in every obtuse angle other than the standard X-Y-Z axis and I don't think ViaCAD likes that.
The file is too large to attach in this forum so if you can help me you can contact me via my email.
Thanks,
Mike

Hello Mike I sent you an email. I do have PowerPack installed but I don't think it will help much with part repairs. It does a good job with feature selections and the verification tools help you find problems but it is a slow and tedious process. If it is a big complex assembly then the cost of Powerpack is the least of your worries.
