Help with repair to a solid ViaCAD Pro 12

I need help repairing a part I'm designing for a client. Before I go and buy the $300.00 Powerpack Pro I thought I would and try here first and see if someone can repair it.
The part is not letting me weld in certain areas, it doesn't help that the part goes off in every obtuse angle other than the usual X-Y-Z axis. I have occasionally had to design similar objects and for whatever reason ViaCAD does not like it!

Sorry, didn't see the post about the file being too large.
Sometimes if you .zip and then add another extension like .jpg
it will post.

Thanks everybody for responding so quickly. I have three potential people who might be able to assist me, so in the meantime I think I’m good for the moment. Mike
