rotating box text - cannot seem to rotate box text in ViaCad Pro 10

I tried to rotate box text and most of the text disappears. I tried a different approach by rotating the work plane, and then inserting the box text and it disappears again. Has anyone else seen this problem or know how to work around it?

Hi,
Can you try another font ?
Some can be rotated (Arial)...

So far, no success. Are you using the gripper, or the rotate tool? Arial did not work.

Both gripper and rotate tool are working fine for me (Sharkcad Pro 10 & 12 - Mac ) with fonts like arial, Helvetica, Skia....
