I can't get the dimension tools to work on solids. Say you have a trapezoidal hole in a part and you wan the angle between 2 sides. How can you dimension that? I can't even get a square hole to dimension the 90deg angle between sides.

Hi Shorton,
To my knowledge, it is impossible to angle dimension between surfaces...
My workaround is to draw lines on the surfaces and attach dimensions on those lines...
The same for radiuses...I draw a 3 point circle or arc to get radius or diameter...
Software improvement ?

If you want to dimension a solid that isn't created from 2D figures or curves, another workaround is to copy the solid and change the copy's object type to curves, which can be dimensioned.
