Tim, I started using model to sheet and I like it more than I thought I would. So far so good.
My current workflow is
• Make 3d model
• Make sheet with basic measurements and callouts
• Add rendering to sheet to present surfaces and materials
• Export model to STEP file, export sheet to pdf
As written in another thread I would like to be able to resize the sheet in a way similar to Illustrator's artboard tool, simple handles to drag combined with additional numeric input for size. Ideally the title block should move accordingly.
Export to pdf right now requires getting the layout and page setup right, then "printing" to file. I would like to have a simple pdf export option that automatically sets the page layout to the bounding box of the current sheet.
