ViaCad v9 is not handling links well, never really has. If saving a file takes 5, 10 sometimes 20 minutes, it's because it can't handle the links. When I remove the links, it saves in a few seconds. Is this expected behaviour?

See included examples. Version 01 has the links still in place, version 02 has the links removed. Saving the first one takes minutes, the processors start to run at full speed, fans are kicking in. When you remove the links, as in the 02 file, it saves in a few seconds.

Using ViaCad 2D/3D 1184, Mac OS 10.10.5
File Attachment(s):
Tube cutter 01.vc3 (2,516kb) downloaded 8 time(s).
Tube cutter 02.vc3 (159kb) downloaded 6 time(s).

I opened each file, moved things around, saved each file, and then opened each file.
I am using Shark9FX PC 1185, and everything saved and opened in seconds.
Might be a Mac OS problem, ViaCad problem, or both.

Hm. Thanks for testing. Just tried it on another Mac and I don't have that issue there. Time to clean up my Mac...
