I have a large file which is a mix of newly created parts and imported parts. One layer of my file has over 6000 objects on it but the only parts that can be made visible are five solid parts. I know that the invisible parts are linked to the five visible parts. How can I get rid of the invisible parts? I can't just delete the layer as the parts are moved onto another layer. I think rebuilding the file by exporting/importing with ACIS would work but I have got hundreds of parts that I want to keep spread over 50+ layers so this would take a long time. I am using Shark FX 831 on Mac 10.5.6. Nick R

Hi Nick Can you make sure the delete pending objects are purged? To do this: Open File Save File Reopen Saved File If that does not work would you be willing to send me the file? In FX V6 we have developed a new File command to compact and purge data in a file. Your file may be a good one to test the tool. Regards Tim
