Is there a way to fix a 'corrupted file'? It happened to me already twice to have a model trashed because of this error. Fortunately I am keeping copies of the 3d with incremental versions and when this happens I do not loose too much... ... generally :-( Just the last bit I did over the weekend is now corrupted... The error which just blink is 'invalid work plane' Any idea? The Mac and disk are both fine. Ought to be something else... Perhaps a bug? Ciao, G.

Not sure if this will help with ViaCAD but set your display mode to wireframe and then import the file as opposed to opening it. All the best Nick

Nick, no luck... again: 'The file is damaged, cannot read into application' and on the top left: 'Error reading work plane' which sounds really sad... since probably the geometry is fine... ooops! g.
