Dassault/ACIS uses a precision algorithm for offsetting where everywhere between the points it must meet the definition of the offset (not just at the points). For example, offsetting an ellipse is not another ellipse.

Yes, i can see that the same thing happen in rhino, ellipses and bezier curves are offset with different point counts,
So, there is no way to offset a curve that way except arc based curves? we have to live with this?
Anyone knows a software that acts in different way, i mean, that actually can offset this entities with the same amount of points?

Correct. The offset curves you create with ViaCAD/Shark are everywhere offset.

You may get into manufacturing issues if your offsets are not really everywhere offset.
