I have used a 3 point arc for the rails in the surface I have swept, problem is that the arc is not a true arc so the surface will never be smooth. I changed resolution from very fine to super and it did produce a better result.
Am I missing something here?

Hi Craig See if these help 1st when you select the curves and go to edit change resolution check the even distribution box in addition to changing to super fine 2nd Select the object and edit change resolution and turn on precise facets for surface Regards Jason

Thanks a lot Jason, I was changing resolution with the right click menu so you don't get those options.
