Could I suggest that the raster export is changed to TIFF or even JPEG? I cannot get the PICT export to work on my Mac and anyway almost no one else uses PICT any more. I thought it was a format that died with OS9

Will investigate adding more raster formats.

Repeated, found and fixed.

It is still supported. I tested the correction on Leopard to confirm PICT support still exists in 10.5.

If new export formats are added, I hope that goes for imports as well. Standard Jpeg, Tiff, and PNG should be supported for both export and import functions.
